YOUR ROLE

As a Senior UX Designer (F/M/D), you will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-centric design solutions. You will play a key role in building intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences that drive the success of our software products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement UX design strategies for our software products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize user experiences

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies

Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process

Take part in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the UX domain, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of NextAim's UX processes

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in UX design or a related role, preferably in the software development industry

Proficiency in UX design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools

Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in agile environments

Proficiency in English; both written and spoken; German language skills are a bonus
